Fujifilm Healthcare at ECR Vienna

Fujifilm Healthcare Europe is a pioneer in medical diagnostics and imaging technology. Since 2018, Fujifilm has chosen ME Communication as its strategic partner to handle its presence and exhibition design at ECR (European Congress of Radiology) in Vienna, one of the most important events in the world for the medical and healthcare sector.

The challenge wasn't simply to display complex diagnostic equipment, but to capture attention in a crowded trade-fair setting: standing out from competitors by combining technological cutting-edge with Japanese heritage, and optimising the huge pavilion space to manage the flow of doctors and healthcare professionals.

We approached the project with an evolving strategy: early exhibition architecture and backlit structures, then curved thematic islands dedicated to vertical areas such as Women's Health and Ultrasound, up to the monumental two-tier suspended LED crown of the most recent editions, visible from every point in the pavilion.

The strongest result is continuity: an unbroken partnership from 2018 to today, which has given Fujifilm dominant visibility on the trade-fair floor and an increasingly refined experience for visiting healthcare professionals.
